Terms of Service

1. Services Description

Aventura Hispana provides Spanish language instruction, corporate interpretation, tourist guide services, and document translation. The scope, duration, and fees for these services are agreed upon individually per contract or as stated in the course syllabus.

2. Registration & Payments

• Enrollment: Your seat in a course is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed-upon installment.
• Corporate Services: A 50% advance payment is required for translation and interpretation bookings, with the balance due upon completion.
• Refund Policy: Course fees are strictly non-refundable once the batch begins, except under extraordinary circumstances approved by management. Notice of cancellation for corporate services must be given 7 days in advance for a partial refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Aventura Hispana, including but not limited to study materials, syllabus designs, audio-visual guides, and website text, is the intellectual property of Aventura Hispana. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

4. User Obligations

When using our services or attending online/offline classes, you agree strictly to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and peers. Aventura Hispana reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who engages in harassment, disruption, or violation of these terms, without refund.

5. Liability Limitations

While we strive for absolute accuracy in our translation and interpretation services, Aventura Hispana shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our translations. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question.
